Who can participate?

People who are not registered on the electoral roll are free to view the plenary through Coeo. Make sure you create an account on Coeo for this, you do that here.

Hybrid session

The plenary will be conducted in a hybrid version as the rest of the RGW. The Culture and Congress Centre Alandica in Mariehamn will be the studio of the session, allowing around 100 physical participants in the Auditorium. If you have registered as a physical participant as a whole, then you will be on this participant list too. All physical participants will have their designated seats. These participants should register in the reception no later than 9:20 in order to get their physical seat and their voting card. Late arrivals will have to log into our digital meeting tool Zoom.

The digital participants will be able to log into Zoom from 9.00. At this point, information about the plenary will be provided to all participants on the screen, also allowing for technical checks. The plenary starts at 9.30 sharp.
