Among other aims, ReGeneration 2030 is on a mission to sharpen the knowledge and skills of young new activists. From the early days of the organisation, we have been running online education programmes for youth in the Nordic and Baltic Sea region.

Catalysts for Change
In 2024, we launched an empowering initiative designed by and for climate generation. In a world where the climate crisis is escalating, our youth have the power to make a difference, and this programme aims to equip them with the knowledge and skills to catalyze change in their neighbourhoods, schools, and beyond.
The programme is on its way to skill up 25 young people this spring-summer.
Leadership Programme in Circular Economy
In 2021 and 2022, together with the Swedish Association for Responsible Consumption united young people across the region to learn together about circular economy and how to make it a reality.
The programme skilled up two classes of participants, in total educating 60 young people.
As their final project, the class of 2021 created an eight-themed action plan on how to begin the change towards circularity.
In 2022, the final project of the programme was a Circular Economy Pitch Deck, held at ReGeneration Week in Åland. Four groups pitched their ideas to a panel of circular economy experts.
