ReGeneration 2030 is happy to welcome our new local coordinator - Sheyda! Sheyda will in her role as the local coordinator be in charge of coordinating the overall ReGeneration Week practicalities on The Åland Islands and is a link between the local community on The Åland Islands and the ReGeneration Week team. She will mostly be working with building a strong team of volunteers, so if you would like to be part of that team - make sure to sign up!

Sheyda got her degree in Arts and Cultural Management from Arcada UAS in Helsinki in 2016, but moved back to Åland a few years ago. Since then she has been active and involved in the cultural happenings in Åland. She has carefully picked the projects she has gotten involved with, by making sure sustainable thinking has been present, especially environmentally and socially. Sheyda got involved in the forming of ReGeneration in 2017 while working as the project manager at the Nordic Institute on The Åland Island.
I am excited to get involved again in a new more active role as the local coordinator for the ReGeneration Week 2021.
